1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 79db online gaming platform, accessible at 79db.io ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "79db"). By accessing any part of the Platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots section, account portal, and promotional pages — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 79db platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of 79db, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order currently active on the 79db platform or on any affiliate platform operated by 79db.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

By registering an account, you warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any of it changes.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 79db platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 79db will close all duplicate accounts discovered and may forfeit any balances associated with them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 79db Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 79db will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You agree to notify 79db immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 79db reserves the right to suspend any account that is reasonably suspected of being accessed by an unauthorised party pending investigation.

79db may conduct identity verification checks ("KYC") at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC may require submission of a government-issued national ID, passport, or other acceptable identification document. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required period may be restricted or closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 79db platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 79db currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount on 79db is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change. 79db does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 79db accepts no responsibility.

• Deposit processing time: Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 79db account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–4 hours for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal verification: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into your account, or to a verified method on file. This policy helps prevent fraud and protects your funds.
• Pending bonus requirements: If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is satisfied. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

79db reserves the right to delay, review, or decline any withdrawal request that triggers anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, or identity verification protocols. In such cases, 79db will communicate with the affected player via their registered email address or support channel.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

79db offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum bonus conversions. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

General rules applicable to all 79db bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed by the same player more than once unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• 79db reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of bonus terms by a player or group of players.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 79db sportsbook and all casino game rounds played on the 79db platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms.

General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 79db does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where 79db determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or odds error.
• In the event of a manifestly incorrect price (e.g., an odds error that no reasonable player would consider genuine), 79db reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Cricket betting markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers series) are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant sporting body. In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the time of suspension if a match is abandoned or interrupted.
• All casino game outcomes — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer draws. 79db does not influence game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 79db platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account without their express permission.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the 79db platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results, or sportsbook markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting that, in 79db's sole determination, constitutes deliberate exploitation of pricing errors.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 79db support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool intended to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 79db platform — including but not limited to the 79db brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 79db or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 79db.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with 79db.

9 Privacy & Data

79db collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy on this Platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

79db uses your personal data to: verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, manage your account, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, detect and prevent fraud, and provide customer support. 79db does not sell your personal data to third parties. 10 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures may occasionally render the Platform or parts of it temporarily unavailable. 79db will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practical.

You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of financial risk, and that 79db bears no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of your betting or gaming activity on the Platform. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

79db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• A request by the account holder for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law-enforcement request.

Upon termination of your account, any verified real-money balance remaining (net of bonuses, disputed amounts, and any outstanding chargebacks) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12 Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 79db platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other in writing, the dispute may be escalated to formal dispute resolution. 79db's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account standing, and Platform access shall be final, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under applicable law.

For any dispute relating to a specific bet or casino game round, you must submit your complaint to 79db support within 30 days of the relevant event. Complaints submitted outside this window will not ordinarily be investigated.
